As a Regional HR Manager, you will shape and implement HR strategies that support the growth of a leading global technology and e-commerce company. This role involves optimizing HR processes, managing core HR functions, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership. You will collaborate with diverse, global teams to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement, driving innovation and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to understand organizational needs and deliver strategic HR and cultural solutions
- Manage and enhance HR systems including recruitment, development, evaluation, placement, and compensation
- Plan and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction
- Provide consulting on organizational design and talent development strategies
- Coordinate with corporate HR teams to promote and implement company-wide policies
- Oversee general HR and labor-related activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR, organizational, and cultural matters
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experiences :
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in human resources
- Extensive experience across multiple HR areas: system planning, labor relations, compensation, performance management, recruitment, training, and general operations
- Proven experience in managing teams
Soft Skills :
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and take initiative
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and fostering collaboration
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business/Intermediate level
