Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for enterprise software implementations, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.

- Facilitate workshops, prepare documentation, and support testing and go-live activities to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resources to deliver on commitments.
- Support customer success by ensuring high-quality delivery and post-implementation satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience managing ERP, SaaS, or enterprise system implementation projects.
- Proven ability to manage multi-phase project plans and complex stakeholder environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Professional communication and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Intermediate to Business level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in IT consulting, enterprise software delivery, or PMO functions.
