Exciting opportunity for a Producer at a major tech firm. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver complex, cross-group programs, overseeing program execution and coordination.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
- Support internal events and manage cross-organizational risk and dependencies.
- Define and implement processes for communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders.
- Establish governance structures with performance indicators, milestones, and reporting cadence.
- Track program status, proactively identifying issues and recommending process improvements.
- Set and maintain project management standards across the organization.
Required skills
- Extensive experience in project management and PMO activities.
- Strong risk management, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage at all organizational levels and influence in a matrixed environment.
Preferred skills
- Experience leading and resolving cross-functional issues with critical thinking.
- Ability to energize teams toward common goals and proactively remove obstacles.
