In this role, you will support productivity improvements across a large-scale engineering organization of approximately 6,000 members, acting as a key liaison between development teams and internal audit functions.
This position focuses on IT audit support, risk management, and project coordination, offering a stable, long-term environment with minimal overtime and strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between development teams and internal audit departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Manage risk control and evidence documentation across multiple development systems.
- Collect, organize, and maintain internal audit documentation and compliance materials.
- Monitor system operations and ensure all audit-related activities are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate timelines and stakeholders across multiple development teams and audit processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and risks simultaneously.
- Experience delivering tasks in line with annual project or audit schedules.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to issue escalation and resolution.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage long-term documentation and compliance processes.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native or Business level (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
- English: Basic level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in IT development organizations or tech teams (1+ year)
- Experience in PMO (Project Management Office) functions in large-scale projects
- Knowledge of J-SOX or internal control frameworks
- Experience bridging communication between developers and audit teams
