Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Operational Risk management framework through deep-dive analysis, thematic reviews, and incident investigations
- Identify and mitigate key risks across business and infrastructure functions
- Partner with stakeholders to challenge existing processes and ensure alignment with risk tolerance frameworks
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure a consistent approach to risk management
- Drive local governance initiatives, including reviewing new product proposals and delivering management reporting (MI)
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operational risk, compliance, internal audit, or risk/control functions
- Proven experience within a global financial institution, preferably in investment banking or capital markets
Soft Skills:
- Strong ability to translate complex risk data into clear and actionable insights
- Proactive risk mindset with the ability to identify and escalate potential issues
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with local and international stakeholders
Language Requirements:
