Key Responsibilities
- Support sales coverage of Non-Yen flow rates products for Japanese financial institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients in Japan.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions and execution.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow flow business.
- Communicate product ideas and market views clearly to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of Non-Yen Rates Sales experience at an investment bank in Japan
- Experience covering Japanese Financial Institutions in a front-office environment
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with client-facing confidence
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global markets environment
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a global team across multiple regions and stakeholders
