Join a top-tier professional services firm as a New Graduate Recruiter, where you will lead the development and execution of graduate hiring strategies that shape the future of the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage graduate recruitment strategy, including budgeting and selection process design
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and university partners to attract top student talent
- Organize and participate in university visits, career forums, and recruitment events (on- and off-campus)
- Develop and execute innovative domestic and international hiring campaigns
- Manage candidate pipelines and engagement throughout the hiring and onboarding journey
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams to align hiring with organizational goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in graduate or mid-career recruitment, in-house or at an agency
- Strong track record of planning and delivering recruitment campaigns
Technical Skills:
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and/or Access)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently in fast-moving or ambiguous situations
- High integrity and discretion with confidential information
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a consulting firm or technology/SI environment
- Familiarity with campus engagement tools or global recruitment platforms
