Roles/Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support valuation, planning, and forecasting for M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage due diligence processes and synthesize findings.
• Prepare and present transaction materials, including investment committee memos and client presentations.
• Monitor industry trends and perform market analysis to identify potential M&A opportunities and impacts.

Required skills

• Over 3 years of experience in M&A (including modeling skills, excluding corporate company experience).
• Native in Japanese with business-level English proficiency.
