Join a global technology leader as a Learning and Talent Management Manager, leading and executing learning, development, and talent initiatives across Japan and the broader APAC region. In this strategic role, you'll design impactful programs that strengthen organizational capability, drive engagement, and enhance professional growth. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you'll play a key part in shaping a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and oversee learning and talent management programs across Japan and APAC.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to analyze talent data, identify capability gaps, and create targeted development plans.
- Manage partnerships with local learning vendors and ensure training delivery excellence.
- Conduct training needs assessments and lead capability-building initiatives, including leadership and high-potential programs.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback, driving ongoing improvement.
- Promote a strong learning culture focused on collaboration, engagement, and growth.
- Support regional HR initiatives, including engagement surveys, skill assessments, and HR project management such as M&A integration in Japan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in HR, including strong exposure to Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management.

Proven experience in designing and implementing regional learning strategies.
Education:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and presentation abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple HR and business projects simultaneously.
Language Requirements:
