Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience.
- Sales, client services, product support, or marketing materials preparation experience in an asset management company.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated to grow a career in financial services sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to support senior stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Conversational level (able to communicate effectively with global teams)
