Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define and execute insurance consulting strategy in Japan
- Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence within the insurance sector
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across insurance clients
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation projects
- Provide expertise in insurance operations, digital transformation, and system implementation
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated, cross-border solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10-12+ years of experience in insurance consulting or transformation roles
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs within Japanese insurance companies
- Strong knowledge of the Japanese insurance market (life and/or non-life), including regulatory frameworks and industry trends
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-cultural environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Language Requirements:
- English: Business level (preferred)
- Japanese: Native level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
