Key Responsibilities
- Guide managers through performance management cases with fairness and coaching best practices
- Lead employee relations investigations with professionalism and compliance
- Support organizational design and change management across multiple teams and regions
- Provide strategic HR advice on workplace issues, policy interpretation, and team development
- Analyze HR and performance data to uncover insights and drive improvement
- Collaborate across HR and business teams to develop people-first, scalable solutions
- Promote HR process standardization and share best practices across business units
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience:
- 3-5 years in an HR business partner, HR advisor, or similar strategic HR role
Core Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and navigate complex, matrixed organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across senior levels
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Fluent
