Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support HRIS system implementation and ongoing HR technology initiatives.
- Manage hands-on HR operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes and employee experience.
- Plan, develop, and implement HR policies and people-related programs aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into practical HR and people strategies.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives with a focus on employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the organization to deliver effective HR solutions.
- Contribute across a broad range of HR functions in a fast-paced R&D and technology environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Over 6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Deep experience in HRIS and HR operations, including HR system implementation or transformation.
- Strong knowledge of strategic HR and proven experience in HR business partnering.
- Experience translating business objectives into effective people and organizational strategies.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies.
- Experience working within a large organization and supporting transformation initiatives focused on employee engagement and retention.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
