This role sits at the heart of ad-tech innovation, owning large-scale DMP and data synchronization platforms that power data-driven marketing initiatives at global scale.
You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and international stakeholders to translate complex business goals into robust technical solutions that impact millions of users every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Define long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale DMP and data-sync platforms
- Translate complex business requirements and KPIs into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather functional requirements for global marketing initiatives
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs in partnership with program managers to deliver high-impact features
- Track ad-tech trends and industry developments to ensure platform competitiveness and innovation
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in system requirement definition or planning for digital advertising systems
- Hands-on background in web or mobile application development, including programming and system design
- 5+ years of total experience in the IT industry, including managing multiple products as a Product Manager
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution focus
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Language Requirements:
- English: Fluent communication required (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
- Japanese: Basic-level proficiency acceptable
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in digital advertising operations, pre-sales, or IT consulting
- Proven ability to coordinate and align stakeholders with competing priorities
- Experience working with international teams outside Japan
