Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete frontend development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and UI/UX collaboration through deployment and operational support.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to transform business requirements into scalable and responsive web applications.
- Design and develop modern user interfaces and interactive frontend components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot frontend issues to ensure platform stability and optimal user experience.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
- Optimize application performance and maintain high coding standards across frontend projects.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to frontend best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend-focused web application development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Proven experience developing responsive and accessible web applications using HTML, CSS, and frontend development best practices.
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale consumer-facing web applications.
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and browser compatibility standards.
- Experience working within Agile development environments and cross-functional engineering teams.
