Key Responsibilities
- Design optimal Salesforce solutions by collaborating with business users and stakeholders
- Develop custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure system quality and stability
- Handle post-release maintenance including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization
- Create technical documentation including design specifications and operational manuals
- Continuously improve system functionality for global users
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, etc.)
- Experience working in team-based or collaborative development environments
- Hands-on experience with Git or similar version control tools
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Proactive problem-solving mindset focused on system performance and user experience
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and global teams
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Intermediate to Business level
- English: Fluent level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in web application development using Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience in requirement definition and early-stage system design
- Business-level English for stakeholder communication
