Working alongside Networking, Data Center, Server Infrastructure, and global engineering teams, you will be responsible for provisioning, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise DNS services while driving automation initiatives using modern DevOps practices. This role is ideal for infrastructure engineers with strong Linux, UNIX, DevOps, DNS, and Infrastructure Automation experience who want to build their careers in a large-scale production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, operate, and maintain enterprise DNS infrastructure supporting mission-critical business services.
- Develop and enhance infrastructure automation using scripting languages and configuration management tools such as Ansible and Chef.
- Collaborate with Network, Server, and Data Center teams to deliver reliable infrastructure services and support enterprise projects.
- Provide technical support for internal stakeholders and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, change management processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in scheduled maintenance activities, including occasional overnight deployments after the onboarding period.
- Monitor infrastructure health, identify opportunities for operational improvements, and implement automation to improve system reliability.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of enterprise infrastructure and DevOps best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, or DevOps.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Linux and UNIX server environments.
- Proven experience building automation tools using scripting languages or configuration management platforms such as Ansible or Chef.
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure operations in production environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, system maintenance, and operational procedures.
- Experience working within highly available, mission-critical infrastructure environments.

- Experience with public cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience working in Japanese corporate environments or multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of DNS architecture, network infrastructure, and enterprise platform operations.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps best practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and infrastructure management tools.
