Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex sales and operational datasets to identify trends, generate strategic insights and provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Develop SQL and Python scripts to aggregate, clean, transform and process data from multiple internal systems.
- Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards, data visualisations, automated data pipelines and single-source-of-truth datasets.
- Partner with data quality and software engineering teams to identify and resolve upstream data issues while documenting key business logic.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Automate reporting and analytical workflows to improve efficiency, scalability and access to business-critical information.
- Manage competing analytics priorities and deliver accurate reporting and insights within demanding timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Business Analytics or a closely related data analytics role.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Python experience for data analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, with experience working across database platforms such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server or Presto.
- Experience analysing complex datasets and translating findings into meaningful business recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, prioritise competing requirements and deliver analytics projects within tight timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, Finance, Economics or Business Analytics.

- Strong project management and stakeholder communication capabilities.
