You will drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring seamless communication between infrastructure teams and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cloud infrastructure projects, from project planning and governance through successful delivery and operational handover.
- Act as the primary liaison between infrastructure engineering teams and internal business stakeholders.
- Develop project charters, execution plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare executive reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and regular project status updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to deliver cloud infrastructure and enterprise platform initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing project outcomes and implementing process optimization.
- Support engineering teams and service owners in improving infrastructure performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT or cloud infrastructure projects.
- Strong practical experience using Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional technical projects simultaneously.
- Experience developing project schedules, risk management plans, governance documentation, and executive reporting.
- Valid full-time work authorization in Japan.
- Experience working with enterprise cloud infrastructure, IT platforms, or digital transformation projects is highly desirable.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent Project Management certifications.
- Experience managing infrastructure projects within large-scale technology or e-commerce organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to improve project performance and customer satisfaction.
- Experience supporting cloud transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives.
