In this role, you will translate business challenges into technical solutions, managing high-traffic platforms such as DSP, DMP, and data feed systems. This is a high-impact opportunity to work in a global, data-driven environment and shape next-generation digital advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor research and create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy and requirements
- Coordinate with development and QA teams on resource planning and timelines
- Manage the full lifecycle of AdTech platforms including DSP and DMP systems
- Oversee post-release activities such as documentation and feature updates
- Drive collaboration across multinational teams to enhance platform performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in the IT industry, including 3+ years in digital advertising systems or product management
- Strong background in web/app development and system design for large-scale platforms
- Proven experience managing multiple products in complex organisations
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
- High level of ownership and ability to drive projects independently
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Language Requirements:
- English: Fluent
- Japanese: Intermediate/Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in AdTech, IT consulting, or project management
- Experience aligning stakeholders across complex environments
- Experience working with global teams across multiple regions
