This is a senior financial risk advisory consulting role positioned at the core of executive decision-making within major financial institutions. As a Manager in Financial Risk Advisory, you will work closely with CxO and senior leadership across banks and securities firms, supporting strategic planning, risk management, and enterprise transformation initiatives. The role spans strategy, risk, digital transformation, and sustainability, offering high visibility and long-term career growth within a global professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial institutions, primarily banks and securities firms, across management strategy, business transformation, and risk initiatives, from concept design through execution.
- Drive critical agendas through direct engagement with CxO and executive leadership, including strategic risk, growth strategy, and regulatory response.
- Identify challenges and design solutions across digital, AI, and data-driven transformation initiatives.
- Support executive decision-making using quantitative risk, profitability, and scenario analysis.
- Advise on mid- to long-term management challenges, including ESG, sustainability, and climate-related risks.
- Leverage global case studies and international expertise in proposal development and project execution.
- Lead project delivery through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Professional experience within financial institutions (banking or securities) or financial consulting.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate planning, risk management, business transformation, or regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to structure complex problems and derive actionable insights.
- Experience contributing to cross-functional or enterprise-wide projects.
