Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete product lifecycle from requirements gathering and technical planning through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions.
- Analyze customer behavior, platform performance, and usage data to identify opportunities that improve user experience and reduce customer churn.

Experience:
