Key Responsibilities

- Equity Financing: Support equity capital raising activities and related investment banking transactions.
- Cross-Border Transactions: Work on international corporate finance assignments involving Japanese and overseas markets.
- Corporate Finance Advisory: Contribute to transaction-related analysis and advisory activities across M&A, debt financing, and equity financing.
- Transaction Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to support the delivery of domestic and international investment banking transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of corporate finance experience gained at an investment bank, corporate bank, or strategic consulting firm in Japan.
- An early-career professional profile with no more than 5 years of total professional experience.
- Practical understanding of corporate finance, financial transactions, and the Japanese business environment.
- Ability to contribute to M&A advisory, debt financing, equity financing, or related corporate finance assignments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an interest in complex financial transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work in a demanding investment banking environment.
