Key Responsibilities

Write clear, engaging English copy for internal training programs and e-learning modules

Translate business and training documents accurately between Japanese and English

Edit and proofread original and translated content for clarity, tone, and consistency

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

1-3 years of experience in copywriting and translation, preferably in a corporate setting

Native-level Japanese writing and editing skills

High-level English proficiency (written and verbal)

Experience handling business documents such as internal reports, policies, or manuals

Must currently reside in Japan
