Key Responsibilities
- Support AWS Cloud applications, infrastructure operations, and cloud system implementation.
- Manage cloud infrastructure tasks, including patching, monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain documentation, create templates, and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
- Handle support tickets and ensure smooth cloud operations.
- Develop test plans, conduct system reviews, and ensure quality assurance.
- Share technical expertise with the team while managing project deliverables.
- Report on project status, risks, and continuous improvement strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as an AWS Cloud Engineer in development and support.
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong AWS Cloud administration and support knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Solid understanding of IT processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in schedule, quality, and cost management.
- Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level (for client and internal communication).
- English: Business level (for collaboration with global teams).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or AWS DevOps Engineer.
- Experience in banking and financial services industry.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
