Join a global leader in in-vehicle software solutions to support the on-site deployment of diagnostic systems at Japan's top automotive manufacturing plants. As a key member of the launch team, you will bridge local and overseas engineering teams to deliver seamless production line test integration, leveraging your technical and communication skills across hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of vehicle production line diagnostic testing systems (VCATS) in collaboration with overseas engineering teams
- Design, build, and verify vehicle manufacturing diagnostic sequences both on-site and off-site
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting during deployment and operation
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including test reports, user requirements, and training manuals
- Set up system environments including networks, servers, web tools, and SQL configurations
- Manage change requests and software tasks using tools like JIRA
- Perform QA reviews, pre-release testing, and version upgrades using SQL scripts
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 (32/64-bit) systems
- Experience using VMWare or VirtualBox to build test environments
- Understanding of Windows services, TCP/IP, and DHCP networking
Technical skills:
- Experience with at least one vehicle diagnostic protocol: KWP2000, ISO14230, ISO15765, J1939, ISO14229, ISO13400
- Ability to read and interpret CAN/DoIP logs (Wireshark) and electrical schematics
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level
