Job Description

A multinational IT service provider is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Identify employee needs and design talent acquisition strategies based on best practices in the Market
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies.
  • Use your networks to discover, and attract experienced talents and execute selection processes (interviews, screening calls, tests, etc.)
  • Lead employment branding activities and ensure communication with both internal HR entities and external partners
  • Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the team

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar function
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Previous experience in direct sourcing, screening candidates

Preferred skills

  • Previous experience in the IT industry
  • Previous experience in a direct sourcing
