A multinational professional service is looking for a Senior Manager payroll to supervise the organization's payroll functions.
Managing salary calculation, bonus payment, and overall compensation and benefit procedures.
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Ensure compliance with the Japanese labor laws and payroll tax obligations.
Supervise and train the payroll team.
Assist performance evaluation process and create bonus scheme.
At least 5 years of experience as a payroll specialist or any similar function.
Experience with payroll software/ HRIS and MS Microsoft office.
Previous experience in a similar industry
