Job Description

A multinational Consultancy company is looking for a Global HR

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage all the operational aspects related to the compensation packages for executive-level for group companies (Including Europe, the US, UK, and Japan).
  • Ensure competitiveness of the reward and benefits via research and benchmarking for best practices.
  • Providing business insights regarding the notion of diversity, and equity, …
  • Review and support the translation of internal documents (Japanese to English).
  • Designing training for senior-level directors.

Required skills

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR director or any similar function (Compensation, Benefits, HR consulting...)
  • Native English and business level Japanese.

Preferred skills

  • Previous experience in an international work environment.
