Job Description

A Global leading bank is looking for a Campus Recruiting Manager for overseeing Analyst and Associate's career management processes for the Japan area.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, regarding the needs of the company and the best practices.
  • Ensure the performance management and compensation system in the assigned area.
  • Manage career development including coaching and internal mobility for employees.
  • Ensure the management of employee relations and employee performance management.

Required skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in campus recruiting, program management, or any other similar function.
  • Strong ability in the pack office (Excel and PowerPoint) and data management.
  • Business English proficiency and Native Japanese.

Preferred skills

  • Previous experience in program design or service-oriented environment.
