Senior Business Analyst - Lending & CRM Platforms

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a purpose-led financial services organisation delivering key lending, CRM and platform transformation initiatives.

This role will play a critical part in driving the enhancement and optimisation of core business platforms, working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technology partners to deliver scalable and effective solutions aligned to strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear business specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support platform enhancement and transformation initiatives across lending and CRM environments
• Conduct process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, automation and optimisation
• Collaborate with developers, architects and delivery teams to support solution design and implementation
• Support testing activities including test scenarios, UAT coordination and validation of business outcomes
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions across business and technology teams
• Maintain documentation and supporting artefacts within Agile delivery environments

About You:

You will be a strong end-to-end Business Analyst with experience operating within banking or financial services environments.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience within business, corporate or institutional banking environments
• Exposure to lending platforms, loan origination or credit approval workflows
• Experience working across CRM or Salesforce-enabled environments
• Strong Agile delivery experience, including user stories and backlog management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capability
• Strong process mapping, documentation and business analysis skills
• Experience working closely with technical delivery teams, developers and solution architects
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps (ADO)

Highly regarded:

• Salesforce platform exposure
• Lending transformation programme experience
