Business Analyst

What You'll Be Doing

• Facilitate business analysis workshops, requirements elicitation sessions, and stakeholder interviews across legal technology and portfolio management initiatives
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation throughout the full project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices (RTM/RTTM), process maps, and functional specifications to support solution design and delivery
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical SMEs, Developers, QA/Test Analysts, and external vendors to support end-to-end project delivery
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, business verification testing (BVT), and test case validation to ensure solution quality and business alignment
• Identify and document business process improvement opportunities, gap analysis, risk, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)
• Support change management activities, implementation planning, stakeholder communications, and training documentation
• Contribute to project governance, reporting, portfolio management frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

• 3-5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Senior Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, process mapping, and documentation of functional specifications
• Proven experience across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery environments
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, regression testing, and business validation testing
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business stakeholders, technical teams, SMEs, and third-party vendors
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Power BI, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams
• Experience in legal, banking, financial services, government, healthcare, or other regulated environments highly desirable
• Strong understanding of business process improvement, change management, and project lifecycle delivery
