Change Manager | Part-Time Contract | Energy Sector
We're partnering with a leading organisation in the energy sector to engage an experienced Change Manager for a major enterprise technology transformation program.
This role will support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA upgrade and integration platform migration, with a focus on change impacts across IT operations, service management, support teams, and key business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver change strategies and plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Deliver targeted communications throughout testing, cutover, and deployment
- Support training, knowledge transfer, and business readiness activities
- Assess operational readiness for Day 1 and post-go-live support
About you:
- Proven experience delivering change on SAP, infrastructure, or technical transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working with IT operations, service desk, or technology teams
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced project environment
Contract Details:
- Contract through to November 2026
- Approx. 2.5 days per week
- Sydney-based hybrid working arrangement
