Delivery Lead - Treasury Transformation

We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation on a significant Treasury transformation and are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager to join the team.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a complex, enterprise-wide transformation, working across business and technology to deliver strategic initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.

As Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of delivery across key initiatives within the broader Treasury transformation. You will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive execution, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure delivery remains aligned to strategic priorities.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable operating in complexity and can bring together the different moving parts across business, technology, data, risk and regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning and execution of key transformation initiatives from initiation through to delivery
• Managing delivery across multiple business and technology stakeholders and workstreams
• Identifying and actively managing risks, issues, dependencies and delivery constraints
• Working closely with technology teams, business SMEs and senior stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum
• Providing clear and concise reporting on delivery progress, risks and key decisions
• Ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved within agreed timeframes
• Supporting effective governance and delivery practices across the transformation
• Managing competing priorities and ensuring delivery remains aligned to broader programme objectives

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring strong financial services domain knowledge alongside proven delivery capability.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager or Transformation Lead
• Experience delivering complex transformation within banking, financial services, Treasury, Markets or institutional financial services
• Strong understanding of the Treasury and/or financial markets ecosystem
• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation across multiple teams or workstreams
• Strong stakeholder management skills across both business and technology
• Demonstrated experience managing complex dependencies, risks and issues
• Experience operating in highly regulated or risk-sensitive environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Experience working across both Agile and traditional delivery environments

This is not simply a project management role.

The successful candidate will understand the environment they are operating in - how Treasury, technology, data, risk, regulatory requirements and business priorities interact and can use that understanding to drive outcomes.

We're looking for someone who can step into a complex Treasury environment, quickly understand the moving parts, challenge constructively and take genuine ownership of delivery rather than simply manage a project plan.
