Senior Data Business Analyst - Treasury Transformation

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation undertaking a significant Treasury Transformation program and are looking for experienced Data Business Analysts to join a high-performing delivery team.

This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale enterprise program focused on Treasury, Liquidity, Capital and Regulatory Data, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to improve the quality, governance and movement of critical financial data.

What you'll be doing:

• Elicit and document business and data requirements
• Perform data analysis, profiling and validation across multiple source systems
• Produce source-to-target mapping and data lineage documentation
• Work closely with Treasury, Risk, Finance and Technology stakeholders
• Support data quality initiatives and remediation activities
• Document business rules, data definitions and functional requirements
• Partner with data engineers, architects and testing teams throughout delivery

We're looking for experience in:

• Significant experience as a Data Business Analyst within Banking or Financial Services
• Strong SQL and data analysis capability
• Data lineage and source-to-target mapping
• Data profiling and data quality analysis
• Enterprise data transformation programs
• Agile delivery environments

Experience within one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

• Treasury
• Liquidity
• Capital
• Markets
• Credit Risk
• Regulatory Reporting
• Finance Data

Exposure to APRA reporting or Treasury regulatory data environments will be viewed favourably.
