We're working with a very exciting, market disrupting consultancy to find a SAP Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale HR transformation programmes across a diverse client base.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll take ownership of solution architecture, functional design, and end-to-end delivery of Employee Central implementations.
You'll work closely with HR and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions, while guiding projects from initial design through to go-live and optimisation.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the architecture and solution design of a wide rage of Employee Central implementations
- Deliver end-to-end projects across multiple client engagements
- Run workshops and advise stakeholders on best-practice HR system design
- Design org structures, data models, workflows, and business rules
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimisation
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior consultants within the practice
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Employee Central implementations
- Strong functional expertise across core HR, workflows, and EC data structures
- Background in a consulting or project delivery environment
- Confidence working directly with senior HR and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
Nice to have:
- SuccessFactors certifications
- Experience across other SF modules or integrations
- Exposure to broader SAP cloud ecosystem
