As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in keeping delivery on track. Your day-to-day will involve:
Project Delivery Support: Driving project schedules, reporting, and task coordination to ensure milestones are met within agreed timeframes.
Artefact Creation: Developing high-quality project documentation, including Project Plans, transition documentation, risk registers, financial reports, and Executive Papers.
Program Governance: Maintaining overall status reports and managing registers for decisions, risks, and issues.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising between business and technical units to resolve roadblocks quickly and seamlessly navigate approval processes.
Resource Coordination: Assisting with the management and coordination of project resources to maximize team efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of sharp technical coordination skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities. We want to hear about your experience in the following areas:
ICT Delivery Excellence: Proven track record in IT project/program delivery, including planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk reporting.
Agile Expertise: Experience working effectively within Agile project frameworks and collaborating with large delivery teams.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a proven ability to draft executive-ready project artifacts and build trust with senior leadership.
Stakeholder & Problem Solving: Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical staff, using a proactive, sensitive, and positive approach to clear roadblocks.
Contracts & Procurement: Experience managing contract and procurement activities in alignment with government procurement guidelines.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in project tools like the MS Office Suite, electronic record management systems, and Azure DevOps.
