Finance Data Lead

Looking for your next challenge in finance data migration? This role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale ERP transformation, collaborating with finance teams and vendors to ensure a seamless transition to a new system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, clean, and transform finance data from the legacy system for migration.
• Work closely with finance teams and vendors, ensuring accurate data mapping and integration.
• Populate and validate vendor-provided data workbooks to ensure data is structured correctly for system upload.
• Handle large datasets using Excel, managing manual data entry and reconciliation.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.

Key Requirements:

• Strong finance data knowledge - experience with purchase orders, general ledger, and financial transactions.
• Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA) or strong finance background preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills - experience working with complex spreadsheets and manual data manipulation.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Workday, or Oracle NetSuite is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in M&A, ERP transformations, or large-scale data migrations is essential.
• Must be located in Sydney with full working rights
