Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal communications initiatives across Japan and ASEAN to strengthen employee engagement and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute communication plans and programs aligned with regional and corporate business priorities.
- Create executive communications, including leadership messages, talking points, town hall content, presentations, meeting materials, and leadership profiles.
- Partner with senior regional leadership, HR, communications teams, and other functions to deliver consistent and effective employee communications.
- Translate complex business, product, and technical information into clear and engaging content for diverse internal audiences.
- Communicate corporate strategy, organizational updates, company culture, and values consistently across relevant channels.
- Strengthen connections between employees and leadership through timely, relevant, and engaging communications.
- Manage multiple communications projects and priorities in a fast-paced, multinational business environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, public relations, or a related communications function.
- Proven experience developing and executing communication programs and campaigns.
- Experience supporting executive communications, including leadership messaging, presentations, talking points, and town halls.
- Experience communicating complex business, product, or technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with senior leadership, HR, regional teams, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant educational background.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage employees and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
