Manage FIG relationships in Japan for a top-tier global corporate bank
Roles/Responsibilities
- Actively manage and develop relationships within the FIG segment to maximize revenue and market share.
- Support senior bankers in covering larger, complex FIG relationships in the Japan market.
- Independently handle day-to-day client relationship management and operational requirements.
- Provide guidance to team members and collaborate with regional and global FIG executives.
- Monitor and control risk exposure within the client portfolio and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required skills
- In-depth knowledge of the FIG market in Japan/Asia and strong regulatory expertise.
- Proven ability to create client-focused solutions and cultivate long-term relationships across multiple products.
- Fluent Japanese and over 7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
