Based in Tokyo, this operational leadership role focuses on maximizing EV delivery efficiency, logistics coordination, customer handovers, and team productivity. You will oversee delivery schedules and performance metrics while coordinating cross-functional workflows across sales, registration, pre-owned vehicles, fleet, service, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Create daily and weekly performance reports and analyze vehicle delivery KPIs to improve operational productivity.
- Maximize vehicle delivery schedules across the assigned regional delivery center.
- Work closely with sales advisors and store managers to ensure smooth and efficient customer vehicle handovers.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows across order operations, vehicle registration, pre-owned vehicles, fleet, service, and logistics teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve end-to-end vehicle delivery processes and operational efficiency.
- Manage special projects and operational activities supporting wider commercial sales and delivery targets.
- Facilitate presentations, sales activities, and customer handovers covering the company's broader clean energy ecosystem.
- Support internal training programs and onboarding initiatives for new employees.
- Maintain strong coordination between delivery operations and customer-facing teams.
- Support the delivery center in meeting business deadlines and adapting to changing operational priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Valid regular driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Clean driving history with no major accidents or traffic violations.
- More than 6 years of overall professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use reporting tools to track and evaluate detailed operational performance metrics.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities for managing changing priorities and strict business deadlines.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build positive working relationships.

- Japanese: Native level.

- Experience in vehicle delivery, logistics, automotive operations, or customer handover processes.
- Experience coordinating operational activities across multiple departments or business functions.
- High school diploma or higher, including vocational college, university, or graduate-level education.
- English or Chinese language capabilities.
