Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional revenue targets through proactive field engagement and strong pipeline management
- Lead end-to-end sales activities including outreach, proposals, order handling, and delivery coordination
- Provide training and on-site support to clinicians and channel partners
- Guide, motivate, and improve distributor performance within the assigned region
- Build trusted relationships with clinicians, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic market-development activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven success in a healthcare-related commercial role managing regional sales growth
- Strong territory management experience with the ability to handle multiple opportunities
- Skilled in digital productivity tools and customer-management software
