Roles/Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and upskilling initiatives.
- Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend tailored learning solutions to address business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance leadership and managerial capabilities.
- Partner with global and regional HR teams to align local programs with corporate talent strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives using key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and apply them to drive innovation.
Required skills
- 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
