Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job postings, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies

- Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Promote the company as an employer of choice to target top talent
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, with familiarity in multiple channels and tools
- Experience in interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Soft Skills:
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- Ability to solve problems effectively and make informed decisions under pressure
- Skilled at building strong relationships and maintaining trust with stakeholders
- Strategic thinking to align recruitment with business goals
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices in global or tech-driven organizations
- Experience in learning and development initiatives is a plus
