Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, high-performance Java applications
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery
- Monitor application performance and availability, proactively identify issues, and provide solutions
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure software is optimally designed to meet business needs
- Support security compliance and ensure implementation of best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years' experience working with Java applications
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
- Professional experience in an SRE/DevOps role
- Strong knowledge of the full SDLC, including code review, source code management, testing, and build processes
- Experience designing high-performance, high-availability code
Soft Skills:
- Leadership and senior-level skills, able to proactively take action and provide effective solutions
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Basic level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience deploying and managing CI/CD tools
