Senior C&B Manager at a World Leading Insurance Company
Roles/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global L&D teams to implement and manage global learning programs, ensuring they align with local needs and organizational goals.
- Develop talent development strategy including creating tailored training programs and managing the execution of various learning initiatives.
- Support HR business partners and people managers by offering L&D solutions that address departmental talent development needs and enhance employee skills.
- Coordinate and manage the talent management process, including identifying key talent such as successors for critical roles, next-generation leaders, and female talent, while overseeing the talent review cycle.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives focusing on women's leadership development, disability employment, and LGBT awareness, while supporting employee resource groups and fostering communication across internal and external stakeholders.
