Sitting within the Corporate Security function, this position works at the intersection of cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), endpoint security, network security, SaaS security, infrastructure security, and risk management. You will take a hands-on role in both operating security technologies and designing and continuously improving the organisation's wider security architecture and controls.
You will collaborate with global IT, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to translate established cybersecurity frameworks and best practices into practical, scalable security solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate secure internal IT and corporate security environments in collaboration with global IT and security teams.
- Contribute to the architecture, implementation, and operation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and related authentication technologies.
- Manage and continuously improve enterprise security technologies, including EDR, CASB, and MDM solutions.
- Design, implement, maintain, and improve network security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and related security infrastructure.
- Assess and manage cybersecurity risks associated with internal systems, third-party applications, and SaaS platforms.
- Implement and operationalise recognised security frameworks and benchmarks, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Benchmarks.
- Apply security principles and controls across enterprise infrastructure, internal IT environments, endpoints, identities, networks, and cloud-based services.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, IT, and business stakeholders to embed security into technology projects and business initiatives.
- Balance security requirements, business risk, usability, and operational requirements when designing and implementing security controls.
- Contribute to the continuous automation, standardisation, and scalability of security operations.
- Work with regional and global teams to strengthen security architecture, controls, and operational practices across the organisation.
- Support the continuous improvement of the organisation's overall cybersecurity posture as its digital products and technology environment expand.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT security, or infrastructure security.
- Experience designing, implementing, or operating corporate IT and security environments.
- Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Practical experience with enterprise security technologies such as MDM, EDR, or CASB.
- Experience with network security infrastructure and controls, including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
- Practical experience applying cybersecurity principles and controls across enterprise infrastructure and internal IT systems.
- Understanding of security risk management across internal systems, third-party applications, and SaaS environments.
- Experience applying or working with recognised cybersecurity frameworks and benchmarks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework or CIS Benchmarks.
- Experience collaborating with IT, infrastructure, engineering, or business teams on security-related initiatives.
