    About the job

    Join a fast-growing global SaaS company in the hospitality and travel sector as a Regional Sales Manager, leading the Japan market. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive commercial growth, market expansion, and sales strategy execution. You will manage and develop a team while shaping the go-to-market approach in a dynamic, international environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth and target achievement.
    • Own and execute the Japan market commercial strategy.
    • Support and close high-value and complex enterprise deals.
    • Build scalable sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting models.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
    • Represent Japan market insights to regional and global leadership teams.
    • Drive hiring, onboarding, and development of local sales talent.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, including team leadership.
    • Strong track record in enterprise sales and complex deal management.
    • Experience in SaaS, travel tech, or hospitality industries preferred.
    • Experience working in international or matrix organizations.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership ability to coach and develop sales teams.
    • Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native
    • English: Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
    • Strong knowledge of pipeline management and sales forecasting.
