Lead IT strategy and business alignment in North East Asia, driving innovation, collaboration, and impactful technology investments for success.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Align business and IT objectives, ensuring strategic and tactical goals are integrated effectively.
- Contribute to IT strategy creation, ensuring alignment with Enterprise and Business Unit strategies.
- Develop long-term business capability and technology advancement roadmaps based on industry trends and best practices.
- Manage IT investment portfolios, including proposal creation, budgeting, and alignment with business priorities.
- Lead IT initiatives to ensure successful delivery of scope, budget, schedule, quality, and value outcomes.
- Provide oversight and guidance to Business Analysts and project teams on solution delivery efforts.
- Support IT governance, risk management, compliance, and disaster recovery activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders through committees and Agile events to resolve issues and unify goals.
Required skills
- Over 15 years of proven IT experience, including 5+ years of business partnership roles with knowledge of senior-level positions in both business and IT management.
- Skilled at navigating matrix environments involving diverse business and IT groups.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resilient attitude.
- Dedicated, hardworking, and capable of performing effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English, with a strong ability to collaborate with global teams.
