TA Manager for Corporate at Global Luxury Goods Company!
Roles/Responsibilities
Partnering and Strategy Development:
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, create recruitment strategies, and collaborate on initiatives that minimize time to fill, reduce costs, and improve hiring quality.
Recruitment Execution and Candidate Management:
- Lead intake meetings, conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while providing Hiring Managers with a shortlist of qualified candidates and attending networking events to boost brand visibility.
Reporting, Data Management, and Compliance:
- Track and communicate recruitment metrics, maintain candidate data in the ATS, ensure compliance with recruitment processes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment status and progress.
Team Development and Special Projects:
- Coach and develop team members, manage external vendor relationships, lead special recruitment initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices by identifying innovative strategies and staying informed on labor market trends.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. (In-house recruitment experience is a must)* People management experience ( at least 1 member).
- Native level Japanese is mandatory and Business level English.
Preferred skills
- Recruitment in retail industry experience is preferred.
- Experienced and comfortable with all online & offline sourcing channels, social media
- platforms

- Effective communication skills, ability to engage candidates.
- Solid networker with strong contacts in the market
